What We Collect
Invite forms may collect an email, Telegram username, rough capital range, country metadata, and browser user-agent. Hosted operation may collect customer identifiers, API wallet address, configuration settings, bot state, service logs, trade events, dashboard activity, and support messages.
How It Is Used
Data is used to review access requests, run hosted bot instances, send alerts, debug issues, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and meet basic business records needs. Public dry-run data is aggregated and does not represent a customer account.
Credentials
Customers should never provide seed phrases. HyperHedger only needs trading automation credentials for the relevant Hyperliquid account. Withdrawal permissions are not required. Credentials are treated as sensitive operational secrets.
Retention
Invite records, bot logs, and operational state are kept while needed for support, accounting, reliability, and dispute handling. Unneeded test records should be deleted. Customers may request deletion where legally and operationally practical.
Contact
For privacy questions, use the Telegram bot or the invite contact channel used during onboarding.
